— AS GOOD AS THE NEXT PICTURE I TAKE —
I have always had a passion for photography. I love getting that perfect shot. The one that makes everyone ask “how did you do that?”. It is what drives me and motivates me to move to the next location chasing after the next one. Over the years I have been testing my skills in many types of photography from Night photography, to wildlife photography. Each presents their own unique set of challenges. Every day I am encountering new and exciting ideas and situations.
Being a photographer has given me an alternate perspective on life. Everywhere I look I am critiquing and contemplating the next great photograph. I also find inspiration in my family and use them whenever I get an idea for a portrait or action shot.
Many years from now I hope to still be as passionate as I am today and and continue to better myself and my work.
Always Searching For The Shot
I find myself shooting mostly landscapes and wildlife photography. However I also do weddings and portraits. I am always photographing something. From rural scenes, to macro photography, to the nighttime sky. There is always something to photograph. You just have to develop the eye to see it. That, I believe, is the hardest part to master.
“When words become unclear, I shall focus with photographs. When images become inadequate, I shall be content with silence.”
“There is only you and your camera. The limitations in your photography are in yourself, for what we see is what we are.”
“Black and white are the colors of photography. They symbolize the alternatives of hope and despair to which mankind is subjected.”
